Efficient, to the point, and accommodating
It was a good experience. Adam was very kind and did not overwhelm me with pressure and I am very happy with my experience.

Stress-free experience
I had been putting off purchasing a car for some time as I was nervous. I got the courage to go and do not regret it. The sales agent was knowledgeable and courteous and made the experience pleasant. There were quite a few vehicles to choose from and I was lucky and got one with more bells and whistles than I knew existed.

The staff were wonderful, accomadating, and always pleasant to deal with, and we never felt pressured.
Raul and Louis we such a pleasure to deal with. They showed us various options based on our budget and what we were looking for. They were accommodating to our busy schedule and were always available when we called or stopped in. We were happy with the price we received and the vehicle options we had. My father bought a couple of vehicles from this location and we'll be customers in the future as well. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had as I never felt any pressure from the team at the Bank st location. Thank you for all of your help!
