I went into Bank Street Hyundai not really sure what I wanted, I was fortunate to meet Mohammed Joudeh (MoJo) the best sales rep I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He exceeded any and all expectations that I could have had. He listened to my wants and needs and really paid close attention to each detail I listed off. We looked at a Hyundai Kona and I was in love with it as soon as I sat inside. A car that feels like it was specially made for me it is the perfect size for my needs, my body build and Mohammed took all the time to show me all the features and specialties that that Kona has to offer. After a test drive he then introduced me to Ashur who "played" with the figures to be able to get me MY CAR in a price range and arrangement that suited my needs. Went in last night and as promised the vehicle was primed and prepped and once again Mohammed or MoJo as I called him took his time to explain each and every operation of the details, how to use the mapping feature, phone, heated seats, heated steering wheel just everything right down to seat adjustments, AWD settings, ECO mode to save fuel. Not once was I ever made to feel rushed, pushed or pressured into anything I did not want or would need. MoJo and Ashur worked together as the perfect team. I was made to feel I was the only person there that needed to be taken care of to the extent that my first oil change not due until summer has already been pre scheduled for me. If quality care, service and details are important to you I can not say it enough. Bank Street Hyundai is the place to go and for the best care ask for MoJo you will not be disappointed I am sure. I do not often Rave about service but they deserve it. If I could have given them a dozen stars I would have.

The sales staff were very prompt in offering my girlfriend and I drinks as we arrived at the dealership. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the product and did not try to sell us anything that we did not want. They were very honest and gave us the best price. Very friendly and would recommend this place for your next Hyundai.

I wasn't sure about buying a new car but once I met and spoke with Mahdi I realised he was giving me a good deal that I can't say no to.
