Outstanding!!!
This is our first KIA Seltos and we absolutely love it! Thank you Ryan, John and Kathleen for the outstanding friendly service. We are extremely satisfied with our new car and looking forward to being a part of the KIA family.

Honestly, great service
I picked up a screw in my tire causing it to leak(obviously). Kia's team squeezed me in because I was flying out the next day a d they didn't want me to come back to a full flat. They put the little donut tire on so. I could do my errands, fixed the tire, then squeezed me in again to put the tire back on. Thank you so much to the mechanics and front desk staff.... Very charming and helpful folks!

Used vehicle service department
Our 2012 Sorento ended up with an electronic issue less than a week after it was brought in for winter tires and an oil change. Almost a month later the service department cannot give us an ETA on when this “back ordered” part will be in stock. They originally advised us of a part number and that this (incorrect) part would be in town on Dec 09th. The part number that was advised doesn’t work in a 2012 Sorento. We bought this vehicle from Performance Kia five years ago. We have been without a vehicle for almost a month now with no end in sight. We have had to rent a. Ehicle for a few days as well as having to rely on public transit. This is an unacceptable inconvenience and a lousy way to treat customers. We will soon be shopping for a new vehicle and we will NEVER again buy or recommend Kia. Extremely bad service. The reason for a one star rating is that I wasn’t allowed to use zero stars. The one star is being generous. Dissatisfaction guaranteed.

My Kia Sorento
Chris and Kathleen made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Both were friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely work with them in the future. I would recommend talking to Chris if you're looking for a new or used car. No pressure tactics and took the time to go over the vehicle information.
