While I was going through my new vehicle initiation at home, which consists of applying protectant to the carpet and fabric, I noticed a lot of stains on the plastic, carpet and fabric in my new truck which I had not noticed when Inpicked up my truck. Upon closer examination, the stains appeared to be the same colour as the spray on bed liner. It would appear that the technician who applied the spray touched several surfaces with spray contaminated hands and boots. It took a while to clean the stains off of my truck. While driving my new truck after cleaning and protecting it, I had to honk at a car that was going to turn in front of me. However, the horn did not work. I brought my truck into the dealership the next morning and service repaired the issue (horn disconnected) within 30 minutes. I realize a pickup truck is not the same type of vehicle as my Lexus, but I would expect a new truck to be delivered in new condition. Having overcome these short comings, I am very happy with my new truck.

I worked specifically with Bobby Dickinson and he was very informative and helpful when picking and choosing my vehicle. I was provided pricing and informed of promotions and deals that were happening at the time of purchase. This information helped me when choosing not only my vehicle but to also look at my budget and purchase date.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was honest and upfront and truly went above and beyond.

The process of getting the the vehicle was a smooth transition. the representative was there to help me a costumer.

Little disappointed to get to dealership to discover the Jeep I went to look at wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Don Arsenault worked hard to find me the perfect one!!
