Salespersons

Im a young woman of 23 years old who bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Laplante Embrun. Unfortunately the salesperson: Daniel didn’t think I had the budget to buy it. When I was negotiating with him he clearly told me that I didn’t have the budget for that kind of model and I should probably change model.... but I clearly had the budget because I bought it. Daniel also ripped off the papers out of our hands and told us that he wouldn’t waste is time with us because clearly I didn’t have the budget. Clearly unprofessional since he didn’t even know anything about me.

Excellent customer service

Installation of winter tire. Staff was respectable and I waited for my véhicule and they respected the time mentioned. Was satisfied with the service.

The sales team at Laplante Dodge provided excellent service and overall was a very good experience for a new car purchase.

Too long to change the tires to snow tires

Appointment for 1 pm took car at 1:30. Not informed promptly when car was ready. I was waiting in lounge while car was being serviced.
