Always Have to wait for vehicles for hours even after a confirmed rental
The location aways made people wait for vehicles and it waste on average 2 hours in wait
What is the point of having a confirmed rental receipt when you have to waste time at counter

It's just huge story happed because of faulty gas meter in car
It's just huge story happed because of faulty gas meter in car. When i started filling the gas in the car ,the pump stopped saying that the tank was full.But the meter reading was continue say less than 3 quarter

Bad experience
I’m not happy with billing and the car returns process. I insisted the staff to provide details about the extra charges that are applied for delay in returning the car. But I didn’t get any information and next day I see more amount deducted from my account.

Take too long to get car
It just doesn’t make sense you will be put on wait list upon the arrival and wait at least 1 hour to get the car regardless of reservation time. Upon the time getting the car, it’s already very frustrating because of the waiting time is way too long and kills all the excitement. The operation definitely needs a revolutionary change to improve it. The staff is nice overall.

- I had to wait even though I booked online and called to confirm the reservation
- The car was not in a good shape. The remote was hardly working to lock and unlock the doors.
