Had to wait over an hour for the car
The location in downtown Vancouver was not at all prepared for the volume of rentals hey were experiencing, despite the fact that everyone reserved ahead of time. We did not understand why they didn’t have enough cars for people who booked ahead, and why they weren’t ready for us. the staff were frustrated and overwhelmed and were not helpful. We had to wait an hour for the car to be “cleaned”, which delayed our day significantly.

The car and service clerk was good but looks like I have been overcharged for insurance
The location was a bit hidden as it is inside the parking of a hotel. The customer service was good but I have issues with the insurance charges. They were much less when I booked through Orbitz but the company charged me 50% more as they have their own insurance

- long waits
We had to wait very long before we could talk to an agent. Although we had an appointment. After a very long process of collecting all data that were already submitted online, we finally should get the car. But car was not ready. After again waiting we received a car that was very dirty on the outside. The car was demanding for an oil change. The agent told us this was usual, because service would change oil but ne reset the status. After the delay we missed our ferry. The car itself was in good condition. We would very much appreciate if your service downtown was a sufficient as at the airport.

Good service
Car was great, better than what we had booked. Check in took a while but it was a busy Friday afternoon so it was ok and staff were friendly

chaos
We had reserved a full sized car + a mini-van for three days and made the reservation about 6 weeks prior to pick up. We got a call the day before stating you did not have a van. The front of house lady was wonderful and really tried her best to find one for us. In the end we arrived to no van, but she did find an explorer.... however it then took almost an hour to get delivered to the audience from the below parking lot due to cleaning,... but they didn't tell us that, so we just waited.... then the car wasn't full.... it went on..... the customer service lady was great, but it was clear the system was at fault.
