Great experience, staff very helpful and quick to fix my tire.

Had a flat tire, was able to air it up temporarily, drive to Honda Sudbury and have a replacement tire the same day as I took extra coverage in my purchase package.

Professional as always

Was in for my oil change and switched back to my summer tires. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because they keep turning off my headlights (auto) even though I’ve asked several times to put it back when done.

Good service

Service was good, appointment delayed a short while but replacement vehicle was offered. Vehicle needed an alignment, would have liked to know why it was not covered by warranty since it only had 11000 kms. Very satisfied overall.

Oil change

Good service. Really like the text messages updating me on the service- much better than getting multiple phone calls. Shuttle driver was respectful and talkative. He deserves recognition for making what is sometimes a tedious drive into an enjoyable, pleasant and safe journey.

Screen defect

I am a little disheartened to find out that my brand new 2018 screen keeps freezing and glitching I brought it in for review and because the issue was no longer present that day they couldnt do anything... I feel when you are paying 40 thousand for a vehicle it's a year old has an issue and you pay for an extended warrenty no questions asked your vehicle should be repaired. Not we will see bring it back if it happens again. I'll put a note on your file. I have a 4 month old baby I barely have time to leave the house on time not alone get my vehicle in to the shop and leave me carless.. how am I suppose to guarantee that it will still be frozen when I get there when it takes days to get an appointment.... honestly
