Appt on Thursday Nov. 14
I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and was assured by Tamara that my car would be ready at noon. I explained that I was going to North Bay for the day and wouldn’t be able to pick up my cat until Friday morning. That worked out well for both of us. She texted me Thursday evening to let me know that the work on my car was completed.

Efficient and clear.
Oil change and chassis/brake inspection. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. No surprises. Was a positive experience. Shuttle was to the minute as promised. Thank you.

Appointment and cost was as expected, no surprises this time, despite short of staff.
Appointment and cost was as expected, no surprises this time, despite short of staff. Vehicle was completed on time. Had to use the shuttle service as my wife was recovering from a broken ankle.

Always Friendly and Helpful!
Tire change with balancing, alignment and oil change. They gave me a loaner to get some errands done and had my vehicle ready when I retuned! Thanks again!

Excellent quick service
Dropped my car off Sunday night, my car was ready at 10:30 a.m., shuttle picked me up within 15 minutes.
I was very moved that ALL employees stood up and observed the minute of silence during the Remembrance Day broadcast
