I find the customer service quick and informative. I like receiving text updates and the response time to my inquiries is very quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good job everyone!
The staff at Palladino are very pleasant and professional. They always introduce them self and call you by name. They outline the work to be completed with the cost expected. At the end of the service they review all the work that was done. The staff also have a sense of humour and go the extra mile to make you comfortable and welcomed. The facility is very clean and they follow the COVID safety guidelines as required
