Recall
I got a recall regarding my fuel pump needed to be replaced! I phoned for an appointment and had no trouble to set a date and time that was good for me since I had a 1 1/2 hour drive each way! Very satisfied with the work.

It took 45 minutes to put a plug in my tire
I was told there was a nail in my tire .From there it took 45 minutes to get it repaired .

Fast and efficient service in purchasing a new car.

Service at Palladino on Acura TL
The people on the service desk were very helpful; especially Kara Wing. I was in quickly and the car was ready at the stated time. I also had a chance to talk briefly with Dan & Marilyn. It was a very good experience.
