Complexe Auto Plus

Purchased a 2015 car in Dec 2018 with brand new front and back brakes INSTALLED BACKWARDS! 1) Both sets of brakes were INSTALLED BACKWARDS. After 6 months, one set had to be replaced, and after 12 months the next set had to be replaced. It cost me $1250 to have them replaced. I offered for them to pay for the replacement of just one set of brakes ($670) they offered me $200 instead. - Complexe Auto tried to tell me it was normal for an old car - the car was 3 years old so fairly new. Regardless, imagine having to replace 2 sets of brakes every year. Ask around ... do you know anyone who has to replace 2 sets of car brakes every year? 2) Complexe Auto advertised sales price didn't include the $150 fee for cleaning the car. Meaning the $150 cleaning fee I was charged violated this. My experience was bad with Complexe Auto plus inc. I was dealing with Sales man Mr Grant Mathieu for nearly a week for finalizing a deal on Subaru 2014 forester. In my first talk i informed him i am from Newfoundland labrador city & requested to give me the final quote with every thing included like taxes, services charges. He gave me the final quote on email stating that this quote includes everything & requested me to pay 300$ as deposit. before depositing the advance money i again checked the quote & found that the quote did not include the tax as he promised me earlier.I informed him about it & he said u need to pay the tax because its not included.I was being fooled stating that the quote includes every thing & later saying u need to pay the tax. the deal got cancelled. I had a bad experience with Complexe Auto Plus and will not recommend to anyone in future.
