Slow
Waited 3 hrs to put tires on and oil change.
Machanic was to busy talking as I can see through window. Hope for better next time.tks regards Cindy

My experience with OMS was outstanding and simply professional.
Brian was extremely accommodating with my requests and provided me with a high level walk-through of the my Camaro's features. When I drove off the lot, I was confident I had made a great purchase and I knew that if I had any questions, Brian would be more than happy to answer them. Rather than just providing me with the keys to the vehicle, Brian sat with me and helped me understand the basic features of car and also help with extra amenities such as my registration with OnStar.
Overall a great experience, 10/10! Thanks Brian.

service was excellent. Greg was able to get us the Colorado that we wanted and since we were driving from Etobicoke, Greg organized everything to minimize the amount of trips we had to drive.
if we ever need another Car... we will be driving to Ontario Motors !

Great service
Scott was very helpful and explained the various options on the car in detail.
We were not pleased however to receive a bill for $500 for damage to our trade in car which was also leased. Nobody takes better care of a vehicle than we do and the items we were billed for were petty.

Awesome! Very thorough and NO pressure
After over 30 years of driving Chevy and dealing with various dealership and salesman. I am very thankful for stumbling on Ontario Motor Sales over the internet and being out of GTA not to mention several emails going back and forth with Ryan McNutt.
Very respectful and on the ball with responses in timely manner. Not to mention a great selections of vehicles to choose from.
I only wish I had dealt with them from my very first Chevy. Thank you very much and wish you all a Very Merry Christmas.
