Joe met all of my expectations as a service advisor should.I wouldn't hesitate to see him again for service needs.

I have came into Oms to get my break looked at because it keeps squeeking. The noise goes away for a day or so but comes right back. I am not satisfied about the work done. This is the second time I came in. Also was in a accident and gave Ontario motor sales the job to fix the vehicle. And so happens to be where the squeeking is coming from is the side I was hit on. Obviously a caliber or something is a little bent if it keeps making noise. The technician keeps saying its dirt in the caliper from my offset wheels. Then how come is it only the one break that makes it the noise everytime I hit the break pedal. It's annoying I don't even wanna but down the windows cause that's all I hear. I don't have time to bring The truck in the every week and have no vehicle all day. Or wait around for it and then two days later it will squeek again.

Cecil is a great salesman who excels at providing excellent customer service. He promptly found the car we wanted, worked out a deal for us and made sure our plates and paperwork were in order. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I had pleasant experience from everyone involved moving from a 2008 Malibu to purchasing a new 2016 Malibu. I have only had a great experience in the past with the service and sales people at Ontario Motor Sales.
