Job took more than twice the time to complete
Was told job should take an hour or so to do. Ended up being over 3 hours. One good thing I had a couple of free hot chocoates.

2013 Equinox
Oil and Filter work was done. Also , the brake were cleaned and tires were rotated. I was advised about an oil consumption issue and was asked to monitor the oil level. As it turns out, the oil level remained at full. On Monday we traded the Equinox for a new 2016 Equinox. The service experience was outstanding. Thank you Joe and Ontario Motor Sales.

Oil Change was Fast and efficient. Customer Service A++
My entire experience from booking my appointment, to dropping of my car, the service itself and pickup was fantastic. No issues to report. Car was serviced in time, washed.
