Great Experience!
Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Pleasant front desk staff, Tyler my sales representative was awesome and took the time to answer any questions I had to make the experience smooth. Jason in the finance department was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great addition to the process of buying my new vehicle. Everyone went over and above what I expected from a car dealship. Keep up to good work!

Fantastic Service
Purchasing my vehicle at Palladino Mazda was so easy! Shyla made everything great, she explained everything to me. Never once did I feel pressured into my sale. All the staff were fantastic and I will be back in the future.

2nd oil change
Second maintenance trip with my new Mazda3. Always greeted with a smile by Hailey, and again at the service desk. Everything was on time. I had scheduled to drive a CX5 and Shyla had it warmed up and waiting. Very nice. She also provided us with all the information on the vehicle that we requested. When we got back my car and invoice were ready. Price was right and booked my next appointment. Very professional. There is a reason I drive past at least 20 qualified garages and 200 km to go back to my dealer. Thanks
