Awesome Experience

This was the first time in a very long time that I purchased a used vehicle. Jordan Couture, my sales consultant was very professional, had my used truck looking like NEW inside and out sparing no expense!! They were still polishing the rims after they brought it outside. Jordan took the time to sync my phone, set up my favourite SiriusXM stations, and showed me how everything worked in the truck. It was a very smooth transition trading in my vehicle and buying my new used truck! BTW, I kissed my salesmen and told him I love him!!

Quality and efficient service

Service staff were very professional. The service was done in a timely manner. Shuttle driver was excellent. For the first time we received a detailed video of the mechanic going through what they looked at and included what was done during the service. We absolutely loved this feature.

Absolutely Amazing

I was blown away by the service at Palladino Mazda for the work completed on my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder. They've always went above & beyond to provide outstanding service to my vehicle , they put the Customer first and my vehicle runs like new after each visit. Tyler & Taylor have truly shown they care about making sure the customer is satisfied with their vehicle and work done. Cant recommend enough,

Dreadful post purchase service!!! Avoid Palladino Mazda at all costs.

I purchased a Mazda 3gt sport at the beginning of July. The vehicle has been in the shop at least 4 times to repair rattles and issues surrounding the recall regarding airbags. After what was supposed to be an all clear and that vehicle is now back to manufacturer's specs I am still getting vehicle warnings about faulty airbags and now there are wires hanging down from dash impeding access to brake pedal. Prior to purchase emails and calls were returned within a day if not hours. Now that the purchase is complete the general manager does not return email queries at all. A key that was found to be defective and needed to be replaced is taking over a week to replace. This is just the beginning of the worst customer experiences of my life. Avoid at all costs. Gruesome!
