a long process but the problem was finally resloved. Aperently it was unique.
The problem with the blind spot monitoring system took some seven months to resolve, perhaps because of it's unique intermittent failure but in the end it has been corrected and seemed t be a learning experience for everyone.

Very helpful and knowledgeable with servicing my vehicle

very professional and friendly
I was received in a friendly and profesisonal manner. It is always a pleasure to deal with the service department. They are very knowledgeable and provide exceptional service. I had my winter tires mounted and had an oil change done.

I was told the service would take appr. an hour and they were done in a little over. They did the required maintenance quickly and efficiently.
Work was done to my satisfaction with the price agreed upon and I was not charged for work that did not need to be done.
