Excellent Service.
Excellent service as always. Called Taylor in morning with a problem I noticed with the car over the weekend - said to bring it in that afternoon. They figured out the problem and changed the part that day. Even shuttled me home and back. Thank you for all your help!

Frustration
Came in for an Oil and filter change and specifically stated that this was all I wanted and not to take apart my car. Noticed that my car was in the shop and saw through the door that the mechanic was removing my wheels. Went to the service desk and again directed the young lady to stop the removal of my tires and complete only the oil and filter change.

No happy with this visit.
Went in and said that I was in for an oil change only. First question was, do you want an alignment. No that was done on my last visit when I got my brakes done. When I paid, I was told that I had to re-torque my wheel as they took them off to check my brake, Why? Service said that my tires were noisy when he went for a test drive, Why do a test drive when I was there for an oil change only? When they were looking me up on the computer, they shpuld have seen that all of that was already done instead of wasting my time for 90 minutes waiting. Also why is synthetic oil change gone up from $59.95 to $79.95 from Dewar's Mazda to Paladino Mazda?

My experience was very good and I was pleased.
I was hearing an usual noise. The problem was found and fixed and I was pleased with the quick response and the helpful and friendly Staff always doing their best to solve the problem and do what they can to help.

Unbelievable after sales Service
