Good from a start to finish!
The dealership was well staffed so we didn’t have to wait to speak to anyone. This is appreciated, as some other dealers, this is not the case. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful.

Was well taken care of.
My Cx-5 was in for regular maintenance check up and oil change. Taylor took care of me and the car was ready when they said it would be.

Technician left a large oil stain on my white leather interior
Went in for a complimentary (free) oil change and didn't notice until I got home that there was a giant oil stain on my white leather center console. I cleaned it off but you can still see it a little if you look closely. This is not the level of care/service that I expect from a dealership. The service adviser at the front desk I would rate 5/5, but whichever technician actually did the oil change I give 0.
