Great attentive service.
I had somewhat of a perplexing and internittant proble.. However service persisted and got to the bottom of my issue and rectified same.

Great service
Got my cars 16000km service. Done on time. Kind of pricey. Shuttle service extremely helpful. Driver very friendly. Good overall

Heat shield remount
Reattached the heat shield on my Mazda 2. Quick and economical service. Pleasant atmosphere and hopefully this will now be more than the required 20 Words to submit this review

Quick and Friendly Service
I recently had recalled part changed on my new Mazda. As always, the staff were extremely helpful and got the job done fast. I appreciate how North Bay Mazda looks out for their customers.

Poor, poor, poor by the mechanic. Great by sales and management
Sales department is amazing. Service rep sent me home in a vehicle that had an issue he discovered but didn’t fix. Management saved our relationship
