Everyone i dealt with made buying my new jeep very easy and enjoyable.
Right from the sales, then to finance, and finally my delivery, oh and must not forget the detail department, my experience was top notch. I am a busy person and everyone was so efficient yet thorough. I am enjoying my new ride because you paid close attention to every detail of what I was looking for in my vehicle. Poor communication.
As a night shift worker it is hard to get appointments arranged - Leduc Chrysler said they could get my car in first thing and the shuttle would take me home. The time came and the shuttle driver asked me to get out of the car because I do not live within Leduc city limits. So instead of sleeping and preparing for my next shift, I get to sit in the waiting room and waste my day. Thanks a ton.
