It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Myers Nissan. We were looking for a small car and the Nissan Micra fit the bill. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ali, Abbas, and Karan who made the whole leasing-a-car experience simple and stress free. At some point, after seeing the Micra and test driving it, my wife started considering another (non-Nissan) vehicle. At no point were we pressured to take the Micra. We were told to take our time and think about our options. We were never chased with follow-up calls which truly gave us the space we needed to make a decision. Buying the new car was always nightmare for my wife & me. Well, not this time. Associates in Mayers Nissan Barhaven are going to stay in our memory as very competent, pleasing & helpful. Not pushy at all & no surprises. They have done excellent job to satisfy our requests & didn’t push too hard with additional offers. The car pickup time was as promised and all financial + paper work has been prepared & quickly finalized. James has spent quite some time to explain most of the features & details before I’ve drove away in the shiny new Qashqai. I would highly recommend the dealership. Always very accommodating even if i missed certain service appointments. Very welcoming. Have done a good job at identifying a very subtle issue with my car which others were not able to identify.
