Service department was good
Ladies in service were friendly, understood what my issue was and had us sent home promptly. Wish the shop fellas were able to work on it earlier, but warranty work was completed by end of day.

Salesperson Mark Peckham was pretty helpful. Answered a lot of questions I had. The final price was acceptable to me.

“Express” lane service
Oil change and tire check. Took 1 hour. Informed needed Air filter and cabin filter changed. Realized after, the filters were twice the price of other providers. Being loyal to Jeep didn’t get me anywhere. Will be taking my Summit elsewhere moving forward.

Dan was great the whole way through the process.
We enjoyed working with Dan. He was very easy to deal with and very pleasant. He got us everything that we wanted in out new vehicle.

Labor cost
Some of the jobs I passed on I felt like I was getting charged twice for the same job.
Work that was done looked good. Also did not realize I was charged for a motor shampoo and was not asked if I wanted it. The person who called to inform me about work was very personal.
