Sherwood Honda

The service I received was very good and was done in a timely way. The staff are very pleasant and always polite. As for the work done so far so good. No problems. As for the cost of the labour & parts I was extremely disappointed that it cost so much for a relatively small problem. I did check comments on line and it seems many odyssey owners are quite disappointed that Honda has not stepped in to rectify this problem but has left it up to the consumer to foot this bill. After all the problems I have had with my power sliding doors, doing a lot of the repairs my self I feel I must say I would never recommend or bye another Odyssey mini van again. Other than that comment I want to praise the staff for being so friendly. Thank you.

Carolyn was extremely helpful and very accommodating to my work schedule. I will go back to the dealership again in the future and am happy to do so.

I find that Sherwood Honda service department is excellent. Because of the service department our next car will be another Honda.

We set up an appointment to do an oil change. I thought I would have to rotate my tires but the consultant did not recommend it that time (I asved money)

Oil change and Transmission fluid change. Carolyn is a great Service Advisor. She is knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge to assist in customer decision making.
