We were disappointed in the readiness of the car.
We were quite happy with the sales component. Sam did a wonderful job.
The weather stripping around the windshield was missing. We had to return twice to get it fixed. As well, the first time the wipers were used, they malfunctioned. On one of our return trips to deal with the windshield, the wipers were fixed relatively easily.
It was a little frustrating.

Sherwood Honda is the best automobile dealership I ever had..
Thank for you efforts to customer for the excellent service. Since 2010 I had visited this dealership first time, I have never had any small problem with it. So far ao good. Keep you guys good works please!!
