I met Peter Gandhi and his manager Hong who were very professional and followed up with me on a timely manner. Peter had good knowledge about the car features and did not put any sales pressure on me and the dealership environment was very nice.

If you want to get hosed
Went in to talk about trading in my 2012 f-150 roush edition for a small car for bombing back and forth to work. Prior to heading into the dealership to look at a few cars, I punched in all my info into their “trade in calculator”.
When i arrived to look at the cars, i didnt find anything that really wowed me but they were obviously convinced that i would buy the first thing i test drove. They confirmed with me the number for my trade in from their calculator, and then told me theyd have to take that price down 6500$. I was less than impressed. When asked what that 6500$ was for the sales lady told me she wasnt sure, and that they had to do an inspection once they bought my truck from me. That truck was under warranty up until 4 months prior and had been in for all its service. It ran like a top. Needless to say i told them to pound sand and walked out of there completly annoyed. Worst... dealership... ever.
I wont be back. Take your buisness absolutely anywhere else.

First service
I was really dissapointed in my 1st oil change visit in this dealership. I have waited 4 hours for just oil change and within the hours of waiting, my service advisor told me that the oil change is done and it's in uv light for curing(so I'm expecting they give it a quick wash but it's not!). Aside from that, I told them I have a stone chip on my right passenger side and have it fix which I noticed the chip was getting bigger a week after. I brought my vehicle to another dealership and said it wasn't fixed well. Lastly, we were sitting near the cashier. I got a message that the service was done. We waited for another 15-20mins. If I didn't approach the cashier she won't even call me that we're good to go and proceed with the payment.
