Took two visits to solve the problem which should have been solved the first time round.

Took two visits to solve problem. In hind sight, the issue appears straight forward as the starter was failing as it cranked without much power.

Vehicle Service - was not ready and there was a mix up with my tires.

Read my comments on my previous survey. I am not going to repeat myself. Service rep was great. Oil changed however the screen display was not reset. I came in for exchange of summer to winter tires - found out that I already had winter tires and NO all season. Mix up when vehicle sold to me. Not happy about that.
