Sherwood Honda

Always great service every time we have our Honda Pilot serviced. We are looking to replaced our other car and is seriously considering a Honda for our second car

They treated me very well and not only did an oil change but gave me a complimentary inspection. I'm very happy.

Although the vehicle I purchased was what I was looking for, getting to "yes" was difficult given the salesman's suspect selling tactics. On several occasions, I felt as though I was not being heard regarding my offers. When the deal was made, I was informed that the truck had approximately 6000 more kilometers on it than advertised. Further, when I was ready to negotiate a price, there were instantly 3 other people interested in the truck (according to the salesman). The Manager got involved and I ended up getting the truck delivered to Calgary, and had some additional maintenance thrown in. In the end, I purchased the truck at an average price for the truck that it is. It was a fair price, but not a great deal, and the tactics used made for a less that pleasant experience. More effort in the "honesty and integrity" department is needed.

We really enjoyed dealing with Todd. A fabulous salesperson who was really interested in getting us into the vehicle we wanted for the price we were looking for!!

Great overall service with follow up to ensure I was happy. I was not surprised as this is my second car from Sherwood Honda.
