Bait and switch?
Called to say that they had the CRV, model and color we were looking for. Set up an appointment for later in the day, we showed up and were told that vehicle was just sold. Do not think this dealership is terrible trustworthy. Feels like a bait and switch at our expense.

Bait and Switch!
I called them about a CRV they had advertised, told the salesman, Rieds, that I would be there in an hour to see it. When I got there It was not even in the computer, It had sold the day before!
But guess what?
They had several others to show me with the same Km's but for a much higher price.
When I told the manager that they had just wasted my time, he simply agreed and offered no apology!

Friendly service, professionally executed with a smile
The two vehicles went in. One had a service the other a recall. The whole experience throughout Sherwood Honda from sales to service has been first rate. Everyone helps and no hard sell.
