We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass 80th Anniversary Edition. Our experience at St. Albert Dodge was outstanding. Mike Mercer was our initial point of contact., and right from the start, I new he was going to be great to deal with. No Pressure kind of guy, he gave us the space to checkout different vehicles & when we were ready to test drive a number vehicles to ensure the right fit for us he was happy to oblige. Then we met Curtis (Sales Manager) and Rob (Finance), wow, what a great bunch of guys who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. We have bought many vehicles over the years and for the first time, this was the most fun we have ever had buying a vehicle. After looking for an vehicle in Calgary for many months and encountering many misleading ads and high pressure sales people, the staff at St. Albert Dodge were such a welcome change. Not only were they friendly, but they also went out of their way to offer me a great deal on my trade-in since I had driven all the way up from Calgary. They were also kind enough to mail me my garage door opener when I accidentally left it behind. Thank you for making my purchase such a positive experience!
