St. Albert Dodge

I have had nothing but bad experiences with St. Albert Dodge since 2014. Call it the definition of insanity, but it seems that every time I have tried to give these guys a chance to do better, they have messed up. It started in 2014 while shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I went to see them (as I live in St. Albert) and was met with indifference and virtually no assistance, so I went to Sherwood Dodge and bought my truck there. Over the intervening years I have tried a few more times at the service centre, but again, disappointment. I figured this past Saturday that I would go to their parts department and see them about getting new LED head lights for my Sahara, I mean, how badly could they screw that up. Well, the kid at the counter had no idea what I was looking for and suggested that I come back during the week, so, like a fool, I did. On Monday I returned and waited over 20 minutes for service and finally just left. For the last time, I've had it with these guys.

I had a very good experience here at St. Albert dodge, I would very much recommend stoping By, my salesman Simon was really good and made u feel comfortable and welcomed and worked with you to try and get you right price and to make sure you were happy. He got me in a new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 classic, I am very happy with what I got and how the service was with Simon and daylen, thanks again

Stephen Lam, Sales, assisted me long distance, answering every question I had, quickly and professionally. The day I made the drive up to St. Albert (about 3 hours from my home) was a great experience. Clint, in Finance, had all my paperwork ready to go and explained it quickly but thoroughly so I could get back on the road. I LOVE my new Durango R/T and would HIGHLY recommend St. Albert Dodge for the easiest vehicle buying experience. Thank you ~
