Once my funding had gone through I was completely ignored by the finance guy and salesman. Took 4 weeks to get my registration back and to have a bed cover installed. Which I had been told was in for weeks. Even other managers would not return my call. Would not send anyone to buy from here again

Once the funding went through for my truck the finance guy and salesman disappeared. Took 4 weeks to get my registration back. And the same amount of time to get the work done in my truck that was promised. I finally had to call others to get this done. And even that took a while. As other managers would not return my calls either. Thank you to the guy that finally stepped up to help me out!! Can’t see myself, or telling anyone I know to shop here.

Excellent Dealer, Exceptional Sales
Chad Davis is an exceptional sales professional. Works hard and really helps his customers. Have dealt with him the past and will again in the future. The whole buying experience at St. Albert Dodge is pleasant and low pressure. Definitely a 5 star dealer

Steve Lam was extremely polite and informative. A pleasure to deal with and was quickly able to answer any questions we had. Helped us feel comfortable and not rushed. We never felt pressured into a sale. After the sale he was available and more that willing to answer any and questions that we thought of later.

Bought my second car through Steve Lam
I have always hated buying cars from dealerships, but after I bought my first car through Steve I would only go this route unless you are very mechanically educated. He got me a great deal on my trade, much more then I expected, and left with a amazing Jeep. He never pressure sold me and even recomended for me to wait on the first 2 vehicles I was looking at, saying there will be better options to come out. Overall very trustworthy and does look out for your best interest as much as he is able to without stepping out of bounds with his employer.
