if they're honest, they would pay back the money they overcharged on their car sales. its not everyday that you meet people in this world that smile at you while not having a real answer for taking 10k out of your pocket...more details to come

Outstanding experience with a top-notch salesperson -- Cris.
Not only was Cris extremely professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle and responsive, he was so, so easy to work with. He went above and beyond, coming in on his days off to pick up and deliver the car to me! He was enthusiastic without putting any pressure on me. He treated me like a colleague and used no corny sales lines like, "How can we make this deal happen today?" I've bought lots of new cars, and this was my best experience yet. Will be back to Sherwood Honda again and again.

Will be returning to Sherwood for my next vehicle.
I have to say, visiting Sherwood Honda was my absolute best dealership experience that I've ever had - and I've owned 3 vehicles & went to at least 10 dealerships.
Special shoutout to the following staff: Jess Simon, Kennell & Jun my salesman. Jun will listen to your needs/wants, do his best to cater to them, inform you about the best possible deals, and has a lot of knowledge of Honda vehicles. Manners, professionalism, friendliness would be ranked 10/10 for me.
Jess & Kennell will give you the best possible option for your budget and still try to find you something better. And they're easy to talk with.
I highly recommend this dealership & the 3 staff that I mentioned. It was worth the trip from Fort McMurray to purchase my vehicle here and it will be for you, too.

Good sale, but bad follow through.
I was happy with my purchase and the deal. But after the purchase was made, the after service, did not live up to the purchase (example: When I went to pick up the vehicle, it took 2 hours to get it (because my sales man was running around on other things. Plus they had my vehicle of a week, but couldn't get the start to work, it had to be rescheduled). I had to contact them to find out when they were going to put in my starter. I was also suppose to get a trunk cover, but never received it).
