Excellent.
Excellent!! buying experience. Both Andy and Dallas were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The only negative was how long it took for this new vehicle to come from the factory.
Love Sherwood Park Honda and they also have an excellent service center/staff.
Love my new Accord/best new vehicle out there for the money/for sure....

Jessie has an outstanding customer service . Customer satisfaction is his main priority . He was s kind and patient to us in dealing with our questions and he is ready to help anytime! He works under pressure and works with enough knowledge with regards to his position. He is worth the BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR! and he deserves a BIG BONUS as well! We'll come back to see him sometime in the future.

I was treated with respect and honesty
I was referred to Sherwood Honda from a co-worker. She said the salesperson George treated her with respect and informed her of the bottom line to start with.
I did go to the dealership did not get George but received the same courtesy. When I received the car I met George.
