Job well done
Thanks to sales rep Julian I’m in my vehicle which I’ve wanted to be in for a long time. An easy going, yet professional setting made me very comfortable. This is not my 1st dealing with Hwy 11 Ram and won’t be my last. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I feel lied to
Had scheduled an appointment on Saturday for the coming Monday to test drive a vehicle and was notified that another sales rep or manager had sold the truck on me. I was told that nothing could be done until the weekend was over but apparently that wasn't true. They just left me high and dry.
