Buyingn a truck
Was scheduled to test drive a vehicle and another sales rep/manager sold it out from under me. Was on Saturday and I was told they could not do anything until Monday, just left me high and dry.

Purchase of 2020 Dodge Ram Sport
All of the personnel at HWY 11 Dodge were polite and responded quickly to answer questions and provide information. Although they did not have the vehicle I wanted on their lot they found one quickly and the purchase process was seamless. I will bring both of our vehicles to this dealership for all of our service needs in the future.

Its been 15yrs since i have bought a vehicle from other than family. Overall it was a good experience. Finding another vehicle off lot was a bit troublesome but you from one ,Thanks. i only had one big failure of product delivery, that was resolved. My first service is quickly approaching, that will the deciding factor in my new vehicle purchase experience at Hwy 11 RAM. The finance dept. was great and had all or most answers again Thanks.
