Great Team!!
I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe 2012 AWD vehicle in January 2019 from Myers Nissan Kanata and had a great experience with the sale rep Jesse providing information and being accommodating in regards to the pickup date/ time -he came to work on his day off to meet us and the whole process was smooth (Kudos to sales/accounting team ?)
Unfortunately ,only a couple of days after we picked up the car we started having a puzzling issue with 2 lights on a dash lighting up (one is the stability assist -car with squiggly lines behind, the other is Downhill assist). We took the car back for a technical inspection and it was at the dealership for a little over a week while it was tested, but with no success the lights did not come back. The Service manager Hubert E. recommended that we take the car back and if the issue reappears to take it to a Myers Hyundai, so we can obtain the error code/s. Which we did and returned the car with the error codes. The car was sent to Myers Hyundai Kanata for repairs , a couple of times in the last 3 months, they did replace a couple of components, but the issue reappeared. It seems that the last visit proved to be successful and I hope that now will function properly .
During all this time Myers Nissan Kanata provided me with a loaner car ? and when my car was returned it was cleaned and fueled, ready for road.
I would like to thank the Service Department at Myers Kanata Nissan for their amazing customer service. In particular I would like to thank Faith Vermette the Service Adviser, Faith is professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and was amazing to deal with. Even after months of emails, vehicle drop offs/pickups , phone calls trying to get answers for me , I always felt well taken care of going above and beyond. I feel very fortunate that in my time of need I had her to reassure me that I’m being taken care off. I ‘m grateful for all the attention and care she is being providing. People are the best asset a company can have and your dealership has great people , keep it up! Thank you!
