Service

Been buying all my vehicles possible in the last 20 years from Calvin. He has always taken extra care of all customers. Anytime I have needed service, he has always made sure that my family and I were taken care of.

Good service

Airbag Recalls were completed. They were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a timeframe of completion and didn’t go over.

Repeating issue

Unfortunately this my third time to return for the same issue. And I left again without the issue being resolved. The people I dealt with were great but the Jeep continues to be an issue. I took the Jeep with the understanding that if the Jeep continues to “ not start” , then we would start replacing parts. I live on Vancouver Island so it’s costly to commute. Also, once I was on the ferry when the Jeep wouldn’t start. Recently I missed the ferry because the Jeep wouldn’t start. Have been to Jeep Chrysler three times for this issue, I would have expected a through investigation of the issue and any parts that were expected to be an issue, replaced. So I’m very disappointed with this outcome.

My 1st service experience was not as good as i was promised when i bought the truck

when i bought the new truck the sales person promised free 1st service and free car washes : but when i went for my service - i was informed that it wasn't free and i had to talk to 2-3 different staff and finally one helpful sales staff told me that the sales person who sold me the truck was no longer there. I had to then wait for a while to speak to the sales manager and he thank fully did waive the service fee. Not that it was too big a deal but i was also informed that free car washes were no longer offered unlike what was informed to me when i got the truck. Once the truck was taken in the service was done as per regular time and service staff was very polite but frankly the negative upfront experience to get the fee waived off overshadowed that a bit.
