Diagnosis problem with tire quickly, ordered a new one in and was ready by 9 am next morning. Communication was good

Diagnosis flat tire was due to hole in sidewall, order replacement tire and mount new tire. Kept me informed by calling me and a text message when it was ready. Good efficient service.

Service Experience at Schwab

Pulled up to the Quick Lube doors, didn't have to sit long, staff came out, grabbed vehicle and 20 minutes later all done.

Nice work Team Schwab !

I would like thank the folks at Schwabs ! I like the fact that Schwabs is a small town feel - growing up in rural Saskatchewan it feels like a small town atmosphere - The folks are friendly ! Typically when I pop into the dealership I go pit into the coffee area and work from my computer - whether it's Trevor in service, Jared, Jeff, Greg in parts or Nathan in sales everyone does an absolute bang up job and have great attitudes - which I understand and appreciate this - being in business myself. I can't forget the head mechanic in the back shop - knows the old school vehicles too - which is super cool ! (I am just having a senior moment on his name) I know I am missing a few here too ! I am an absolute GM guy - through and through ! All the exists - really. At the end of the day - it's good to know the people at the end of the phone when you have some questions ! I recently had a gentleman ask me about my truck and where he would buy one - it was a pretty simple response. Here's Nathans number ! Nathan I look forward to our next coffee bar catch up at the next service ! Keep doing what your doing ! Darrell great job on driving this culture in your business ! I was told my fans needed replacing, then told it was the vechile ahead of me, all the contents of my glove box were on the floor of my car with a screwdriver that doesn't belong to me.

My old change before this last one, left big puddles of oil on my garage floor leaving me to have to come back in to find out it was not put back together properly. This last oil change left me wondering if I should have confidence in this company at all. I was told I could either have a maitance check or 4 th oil change for free when I bought the car. Then told I can only claim 4 oil changes. I was told I need 2 vents replaced, told them to change them. Then told none were on site. Then told it was for a different car. My fans are fine. I do not have confidence in the company any more.
