Ron was such a help getting me in a car that I love. This is the third Mercedes he has helped me with and I cannot say enough about how great it was dealing with him.

Ron found me a vehicle that had everything I wanted, worked out all the details and took the time to go through all the great options in my GLC

I was looked after promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner.

Winter Tires were replaced with summer tires that were already on their rims. Tire pressure adjusted and torqued. Very pleased to have winter tires stored there saving me from heavy loading and unloading. All done within the hour and enjoyed a cup of coffee while watching TV.

Jordan was wonderful to deal with.

I had a great experience trading in my vehicle at Mercedes Sudbury. Jordan was great and made the whole experience very pleasant.

service appointment

brake and cooling system repair. Time to complete the work was overly long and not finished at the time promised. Staff were courteous however knowledge of the reasons for and consequences of the work was not as complete as should have been.

very helpful and thoughtful counter service.

the service staff were very pleasant and helpful in describing my vehicle's condition. It was very surprising how much more the bill was according to the estimate. overall, I love the people that take care of me. Keep up the great work.
