I worked through Service Advisor Nick who was the bridge between me and Bmw London/BMW Canada on an important vehicle issue. He was respectful, focussed on the real life situation to handle my issue, provided complete description and advises as and when required with the same spirit of professionalism.

Worst customer service
Unfortunately I have to deal with BMW service dealer. Very unprofessional when delivering information and they don’t even do what they should do. Car detailing was never done as they’d describe it, this is the second time I face the same issue. Car electronics system was not fixed and there was no one to explain what need to be done next. Call and left voice mail and no one return the call.

A long wait.
We were there because of the recall regarding the back up camera. It took 5 hours to do the job, if we wanted a loaner car we would have to pay, why, when it was a recall?
We did get a ride there and back to the closest mall. A long time to walk around.
