Customer service

Well i was there 2 days ago for my brake changes. and I didn’t like the customer service. They said your vehicle will be ready in 1.8 hours. But i had to wait extra 1.5 hours for that. He didn’t even apologize for one time.

Paul Bessette is wonderful. He made it possible for me to get into a new vehicle.

I was having a hard time getting approved for a loan and Paul Bessette did everything to make it happen. Thank you Paul.

Easy to Deal With

Looked online at a few vehicles I was interested in, was contacted by Vince who walked me through multiple options..... went in for a sit down, and from there ended up trading my vehicle in on a new one with no hassle at all. Super easy and really easy to work with, got exactly what I wanted without being pushed or bothered in any way. I will definitely be back again and would recommend Lakewood to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Thanks to Vince, Scott and Erin.

Very satisified.

Professional and respectful not pushy

Josh and team did a great job getting me into my truck. He was not pushy or too busy to spend all the time I wanted.
