We went in for a specific truck that had been advertised but unfortunately the truck had been sold. Our salesman, Eric, told us he would find us a comparable truck to look at and he was able to come up with two. All members of the team were very respectful and fun to work with. Brenda who did our paperwork was also excellent and vey thorough. She explained all our options and made sure we understood. We picked up our truck July 18th and left for holidays on July 20th. We drove out East to the Atlantic provinces and back and are quite happy with our truck. I might add that we knew the tires were worn on the truck when we tried it out and were delighted that after the inspection, when we picked up the truck, it had new tires on it. Saw a car online that piqued our interest. We contacted Clayton Willis who not only gave us further details but also created a personal walk-a-round video of the vehicle and posted it. We agreed to a price (and a fair trade-in value based only on pictures I sent). We drove up from Kingston on a Wednesday, stay the night at the Deerhurst Resort courteous of the out-of-towners DriveMuskoka program. The next day we met Ashleigh Hill who had all the paper work ready. She explained everything in detail and handed us the keys! We will be spreading the word down here! Jim and Lynda McKinven

We really just drove to Huntsville to 'look' at new trucks. Then we drove home in a brand new truck ! Lol

Very nice experience in every way! However we were just a little surprised that the engine and compartment were covered in dirt and dust, also the front windshield has sticker glue residue on it; however these are just.acouple of areas you may like to "clean up" for future customers. Thank You! We love our new truck and will be back to UPGRADE!

We were looking for a specific vehicle locally and couldn't find one, Armstrong had it and even though they were a long distance away, they made the process go smoothly. Ryan, Brenda and Brad were professional and courteous, which made the experience pleasant. Worth the drive to Huntsville!
