Friendly, accommodating
My 5 year warranty has long come and gone and any service done is going to cost $$. I only had a regular oil change done this time. I am always told what the mechanic recommends needs attention and I decide what gets done - based on cost. I did request an estimate for the repair of my passenger seat - that was forgotten, but no big deal. It can be done any time and elswhere.
Service was friendly and timely. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle washed - which ..of course.
