One word - Absolutely Incredible
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike Durrant and I am thrilled about my experience. This strapping young man was so patient and understanding with me and time flew by with him helping me. Mike proved his wits are as mighty as his brawn as he carried me through, what I thought be a stressful interaction, with incredible ease. 10/10 experience and recommend to everyone to go to Mike Durrant on arrival.

Was in for a Stage 1 service, aka oil change. A week before my appointment I observed a difference with my vehicle. At appointment expressed my concerns. They took the extra time to explore my concerns even though, I’m sure, it put them behind schedule.

Like a monte cristo sandwich, delectable from start to finish!
The entire team at Island Owl Mazda wow’d me from start to finish! From the amazing clarity of scheduling and explaining my service needs to ordering and adding accessories for me with short notice, the service and parts team KILLED it! The wash bay did a great job of cleaning the vehicle inside and out and overall the entire store was vibrating with some fantastic energy and I felt so happy the whole time!
