Grant Voisin Service Manager at Pen Ford in Owen Sound has been my go to service person for the last 10 years. I have purchased 4 new Ford cars during that time & when ever there was an issue or service that needed tending to, this gentleman always listened & always provided great service. He is the reason I keep coming back.
