Purchased my Nissan Rogue today. I am very pleased with the whole process from the sales team with Jes and Harry, to financing with Roman down to the final insurance paperwork. I was shown every model in the lineup and all the different features thoroughly explained. All my questions were answered, I was encouraged to test drive multiple cars to really get a good feel of what I want which really helped, and still I felt no pressure whatsoever.. after signing the papers I was to come back to pick up the car the next day. After going home and discussing things over with family, I ended up changing my mind last minute the next morning to a different color both inside and outside and I decided I wanted a couple of accessories as well. Without hesitation, Roman quickly redid the paperwork, repeated the process of explaining, and the team got the new car ready. I left confidant with my decision to Purchase the car/options chosen, knowing how to use it and all it’s functions. I highly recommend the team at Applewood if you are looking to purchase a Nissan. I found the team was honest, attentive, accommodating, and delivers value. I added on the service packages and will be getting service here for years to come. Based on my experience so far I’m glad that I’ll be coming to a team with great customer service where I can trust to be informed and get honest answers.

Test drive provided was easy to set-up with minimal waiting. Trade in appraisal was fair and timely. Dealership was clean.
