Josh was very knowledgeable about not only the stock on the lot but the models that I was interested. I was interested in a particular BMW and he walked me through the car and then I was quickly out for a test drive. All the staff were very helpful and Josh in particular made the whole car-buying experience very easy. Dan, one of the owners, took the time, while we were out for a check drive in my car that I was trading in, to explained the history of the business, the service centre and it was clear how much they all care about the happiness of the customer and their satisfaction post purchase. I would highly recommend talking to Import Car Centre if you’re interested in great service and great cars.

A few months ago, I was looking for a second hand imported car and needed to replace my previous car very quickly. So it was the logical place to go again for a car, although I did check out other dealers for comparison. Once again I received outstanding, efficient, informative and reliable service from ICC. They had many great cars to try, gave me useful information to meet my specific needs, allowed me to take the car home to try it out for a few hours and serviced the car to leave it like new before I got it - the whole process was smooth and efficient! Aiden was my salesman, although they all work together as a team to provide full service. Aiden is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, honest and bends over backwards to deliver the best client service and ensure you pick the best car that meets you individual needs - he even drove me home one day after hours in his own car, which was going beyond the call of duty! Marty and Dale in the services department are honest, knowledgeable and ensure your car is in the best shape without over-selling anything that is not necessary.
