Si je pouvais mettre -10 je le ferais volontiers. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux garder votre énergie et argent et aller ailleurs. Voiture récente achetée chez eux pour supposement ne pas avoir de pépins... Résultat une garantie prolongée à 4000$ prise pour supposement passer au crédit un taux à 20%, voiture sur des pneus d'hiver sans nous aviser et pire voiture vendue avec un bruit tout le long qu'on roule, tellement qu'elle attire les regards nom par sa beauté mais par son bruit horrible tout le long qu'elle roule. La garantie du 30 jours de satisfaction aucunement respectée puisque ça prend une raison "sérieuse". Je dois débourser 200$ à mes frais pour trouver le problème, vente à pression aucune forme de compensation, vérification, échange, pneus rien on se fait dire d'aller porter plainte et que c'était à nous de voir ce qu'on signer.

Je me suis présenté en succursale à saint constant j'avais vue un véhicule sur internet qui intéressait mon fils. Après 20min d attente un directeur se présente pour me dire que le véhicule était plus disponible. Il me pose la question c'est quoi le budget mon fils repon environ 14000$ contant. Le directeur Olivier je ne connais pas son nom de famille as dit ha bien vas voir dans cours si il y en a un qui t'intéresse tu viendras me voir mais avec un attitude de marde je trouve ça dommage car dans ma vie j'ai acheté 3 véhicule ici et j'ai référer 2 amis qui ont acheté ici mais malheureusement avec ce service c'est terminé pour moi

I bought a car with the understanding I did not want the car unless it had winter tires installed before taking the car. They told me multiple times it was ready to be picked up. I came Friday, 3 days after it was supposed to be ready for pickup and after filling out the paperwork they told me the winter tires may not have even been ordered. After all the good things I have heard about this location, it's truly sad to see how my personal experience has been. At this point, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will update this review after I hear back from them as all they have been able to tell me this weekend is "we won't know till Monday". Time for the update and it just keeps getting worse. So problems with the car even though they "inspected" the car it has a suspension problem... It's spent 2 days at the shop already and needs at least one more before it will be fixed. This isn't a big deal besides the fact they stole gas out of my tank well it was at the shop today. DO NOT TRUST THEM, I have requested a meeting this coming Monday with the head manager to explain why they think it's acceptable to steal from customers and for him to make this right.
